We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

First name and last name

Health and Fitness Data

To provide the core functionality of GhostFit, we collect physical data that you manually input into the application, including:

Weight and Height
Body Fat percentages and skinfold/tape measurements
Nutritional targets and daily macro-nutrient logs (Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fats)

User Content

You may choose to upload images directly to the application (such as Progress Photos). These images are securely stored to allow you to track your visual progression within the app.

2. Use of Data

GhostFit uses the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Service
To allow you to securely log in across devices using Firebase Authentication
To provide analysis or valuable customized information so that we can improve the Service
To monitor the usage of the Service (e.g., crash logs)
To detect, prevent and address technical issues

We do not use your personal, health, or media data for tracking purposes across other applications, nor do we sell your data to third-party advertising companies.

3. Data Storage and Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Data. All user accounts, databases, and uploaded media are securely stored and encrypted utilizing Google Firebase services. While no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.

4. Deletion of Data

You maintain full control over your data. You may delete individual progress entries directly within the application. Should you wish to permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, you may navigate to the "Settings" menu within the application and select "Delete Account."

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
